Murphy Electric is an Electrical Contracting company serving the greater Kansas City area, founded by Cody Murphy in 2020. Cody graduated as Valedictorian of his apprenticeship class and started running work as a foreman on large commercial projects at the age of 23, then obtained his masters license shortly thereafter.

Throughout his 13-year career prior to starting Murphy Electric, he's had the opportunity to work with the top electricians and general contractors in the Kansas City area, performing commercial, industrial and residential work for new construction and remodel projects as well as proving service and maintenance needs to various customers. Cody helped obtain multiple Excellence in Construction awards in the $1,000,000 plus category with Associated Builders and Contractor's (ABC).

Murphy Electric is steadily expanding, building lasting relationships with customers, home builders and other contractors.
